Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we will contact you via email with an updated delivery estimate.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (within the U.S.):

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Champs Choice Pet Nutra is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in providing any necessary documentation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.
