Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@champspets.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@champspets.com.
